Postdoc Orientation

It is important that all new postdoctoral scholars find the support they need to make a successful transition. Your department administrator should be the primary point of contact prior to and after arrival. The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (Graduate Division) also provides general campus information and guidance regarding professional development.

Postdoctoral Scholars receive a welcome email and packet from the OPA soon after their arrival at UCI. This information may be sent prior to arrival by contacting m.ypmawong@uci.edu.  The OPA  sponsors quarterly orientations followed by a Happy Hour at the AntHill Pub sponsored by the UCI Postdoctoral Association (PDA).
