Brazil Scientific Mobility Program

In April 2012, UC Irvine Graduate Dean Frances Leslie attended a signing with the Brazilian Ministry of Education to establish UCI as an approved host campus for graduate students in the Brazil Scientific Mobility Program. This program was created in 2011 to promote future scientific research and innovation in Brazil, with a goal of sending 100,000 of their best undergraduate and graduate students to top universities around the world.

We look forward to welcoming many Brazilian graduate students in the years ahead and strongly encourage interested Brazilian students to explore all that UC Irvine has to offer.
