The UCI Graduate Division  offers an array of financial support resources, such as fellowship competitions open to incoming and current UCI students, as well as funding workshops and writing tutors available through the Graduate Resource Center.

Graduate Extramural Support Office

The UCI Graduate Division provides additional guidance for students who want to identify and pursue extramural funding opportunities – often national, generous and highly prestigious awards that strengthen the fellow’s ability to succeed in an increasingly competitive global arena.

The UCI Graduate Extramural Support Office serves as a hub of information on extramural fellowships and as a liaison between UCI and extramural funding agencies, such as the National Science Foundation. The office also serves as a coordinating point for faculty seeking support as they apply for training grants.
