On March 15th, recipients of the 2012 Chancellor's Club Fund for Excellence had the opportunity to share their research with UCI's Chancellor Michael Drake and other guests and luminaries during the annual Daniel G. Aldrich, Jr. Lecture & Fellowship Dinner.

As one of the oldest and largest support groups at the University of California, Irvine, the Chancellor's Club was founded in 1972 and celebrates over 35 years of service to UCIrvine. Funds raised through the Club are used to fund this prestigious award. The Chancellor's Club Fund for Excellence Fellowship recognizes our most academically superior doctoral students – those who exhibit promise as scholars, researchers and public leaders.

Graduate Dean Frances Leslie introduced each of the Fellows who spoke briefly about their research. The event provided each of the graduate students an opportunity to express their gratitude to members of the Chancellor's Club for their support and generosity.  Below are photos from the event.
